In answer to your first question, yes. Almost all mid tower cases are drilled for mITX, mATX, and ATX boards. But state the exact case you have and I will check that it isn't one of the few odd-balls.

Yes, you're good. mITX boards utilize the same 4 holes that mATX and ATX boards do. (The first 4 holes at the top of the case L to R, T to B)
As to the Zorin question, I suppose you've already looked at the Zorin website.
