I have a Optiplex 780 sff and I was wondering if I could fit a gtx 750ti low profile GPU? Right now I have a 235 PSU 8gb of ram 500gb memory and a Nvidia GeForce 9300 GE and an Intel core duo
If you don't have any pcie power limits on your motherboard (pretty sure the 780 doesn't) then yes, but you're pushing it a little bit with the PSU being as old as it is. Just be aware that if anything acts up that's probably the first culprit. Also if you have the copper pipe heatsink you should consider getting a Q6600 or Q9450 assuming that you're gaming on this machine, they're only like $15.
EDIT: Make sure you update your motherboard BIOS to the newest version before making major changes.

Right now im gaming on minecraft at 80+ fps at a steady 60 locked but i want to game on world of warcraft. Im guessing that Q6600 and Q9450 are cpus, would i be able to just buy them and install?
Yup, just get one off ebay. If you're playing minecraft and WOW then you'll benefit from having a quad core. All you need are a screwdriver, thermal paste, and some toilet paper or something to wipe off the old paste.
They both do haha, but yes the graphics card will work and a lot of people have put 750 ti's in this computer with no issues. Hopefully you can figure out which cooler you have because you don't want to be installing a quad core on the aluminum only cooler.
