Ok my friend have a budget of $200 and looking to play dota, lol and heros and general ata decent framerate. His current pc is very old and i was thinking if buy a gpu like gtx 750ti or 660ti and put it in will the cpu bottleneck the gpu?His cpu is like a lga 775 and ddr2 ram.His motherboard does support pci-e.

Do let me know if getting a gpu would boost his gaming experience?

Pentium 3 / 4 are Intel socket 478 and previous iirc. They'll also be on boards with an AGP video card slot that only support DDR RAM. Even if you could put in the kepler card they'd be bottlenecking easily.

Like said above, you need a motherboard with a PCIe x16 2.0 or 3.0 slot.
