Optiplex 745 Desktop, graphics card

I have a friend with Optiplex 745, desktop size(sitting there like a pancake)
He wants to play some games but his graphics card is really weak.
Is there any graphics card he can get ?
If anyone can help, we would be eternally grateful, I have been browsing this site but other posts are a little confusing.

Specs for his current setup :
Cpu Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4 Ghz
Ram : 4 GB
Gpu : intel Q965/Q963 Express chipset

I have a couple Optiplex 755 small form factors and there is a 35W power limit on the PCIe slot, which is really limiting. Is there any text printed next to the slot? Because if there's no limit you can put a 1050 ti in, if there is then you're gonna be stuck with something slow. Which form factor do you have?
