I have the i7 6700k cpu with the hyper evo 212 fan i stressed my cpu without overclocking using the aida64 and am getting warning overheat and the cpu temprature reached too 100 c i dont know why help

Solution
Yeah clean it off with (preferebly 99%) alcohol and a paper towel or a coffee pad. Clean the cpu and the heatsink. After that put a pea-sized drop of thermal paste on the middle of the cpu and re attach the cpu cooler.

It could also be the program (aida64) I would recommend to use Prime95 version 26.6 (NOT Higher) If this were your problem is would differ like 10-20 degrees. But I think u did something wrong with the heatsink install.
100c is quite hot even for a stress test at stock speeds. You may want to double check the installation of the cooler to make sure it's mounted securely, that the base of the cooler is flat against the cpu for good contact. There's a thumb screw in the middle of the 212 evo just under the cooling fins where the mounting "X" bracket meets in the middle, try tightening it clockwise to increase mounting pressure a little. You used the included thermal paste right?
