I have SSD(128GB) and SSHD(1TB;2-partition) on my Dell-7559, I have installed Win 10 on both of the drives. Now I want to HIDE my SSD when I boot from HDD but I want to access my HDD(both Partition) when i boot from SSD. Is it possible? How?

Solution
When you BOOT from SSD just open Disk management and delete letter on that other drive and it will be all but invisible to windows running from SSD. Only places it will be seen are in Disk management and Device manager but not in the file explorer or anywhere else. It will work normally everywhere else.
