can i run high end games of today

so i bought this laptop back in 2014 august for 740$
these are the specs
intel core i5 3337U 1.8ghz dual core 2.7ghz turbo boosting
intel HD 4000 2ghz
AMD radeon 7670M HD 1gb
8gb ram ddr3
1366x768resolution

ps have run h1z1kotk and NUNS4 on low with decent frames


now my question is will i be able to play todays games ,all low/med, im looking for frames above 25-30 and main focus would be on overwatch and cods

U cant. Ir cpu is.veey weak and ur.gpucant work.out.good u can play cod.mw2 or cod mw3 but.cod.black.ops.3 or.cod.ghosts or.cod infinite /advanced warfare cant handle.it on medium setting. But u can try it on low setting but im not sure about em best regards khd

good thing i just checked with a friends game , ran overwatch medium with 40frames

Thats actually pretty good. I stand by my previous post in saying you can probably get 30FPS+ on most games.
