Just bought my MSI GTX 1060 yesterday and I installed the correct drivers and stuff and I'm encountering an issue every time I play a video or a GIF. I uploaded a video on Youtube so that you can see what I'm saying.

Any ways of fixing this? Is this a driver issue or a hardware issue?
