1 I want to do a factory reset on a laptop that's preinstalled with Windows Vista 2 I want to "upgrade" to Windows XP I don't have any CD-R around only usb is there a way to get both done? Oh and when I plug in the os of XP into Vista is just gives me an error that I can't go back to an older version.
