I'm going to build a PC but I don't know if the graphics part will work. I'm saving up for the GTX 1050Ti But I don't have it as of yet. I want to know if I can build the PC and still not worry about the Graphics card as it is not needed but the CPU doesn't have integrated graphics.

Try to spend a bit more and get a decent and new cpu.

Yes, technically it will still work, but you may have problems doing things as little as watching videos until you get a GPU. It would still be worth it to go ahead and build it, and then when you get the GPU just plug it in.
