Need suggestion for graphics card.

I have decided to buy Asus Geforce gtx 950 graphics card which costs me for about 12000 INR. Should I go for it or is there any other graphics card which is more valuable in this price range.

My system config is:
Core i3 2120 3.3ghz
Intel dh61ww motherboard
4gb ddr3 ram 1333mhz
450watts psu

I suggest the 1060 3GB or the more powerful 1060 6GB.

For that budget the 1050ti would be a much better card. The 1050ti is faster than the GTX960 so leaves the 950 in the dust.
