I don't think it is the problem of the motherboard or CPU since sudden outage highly unlikely would kill them. My PC didn't get USB killed. Right now it won't even boot into BIOS, all it shows on the monitor is "Gigabyte ultraduarble" blah something.
My Rig:
I7 4790K
Gigabyte Z97 ITX Gaming
GTX 1060 EVGA FTW ACX3.0
850 Pro 500GB
840 Evo 250 GB
16 GB Corsair Vengeance Ram @ 2400 Hz but running at 1333 Hz.
I did not overclock anything, all I changed yesterday is installing a new graphics card(GTX 1060) and I was playing Assassin's Creed Unity and suddenly stuck and I had to plug out my computer and plug it in. Afterwards, It won't even boot into BIOS. Thank you in advance.

My motherbaord is Gigabyte GA-Z97N-GAMING LGA-1150 Intel Z97 Express Chipset Mini ITX Motherboard

I am going to tryout the EVGA supernova PSU, but I still doubt is the problem of the PSU.

There is a good chance that your low quality PSU did fry something when you put a load onto it when using GTX 1060 and playing GPU intensive game.

If you have a spare PSU, you can try using it.

Reason why i asked about MoBo was to look up if your MoBo has any DEBUG lights that would help to identify which component doesn't want to co-operate. But sadly, GA-Z97N-Gaming 5 (rev. 1.0) doesn't have any DEBUG lights.

The full load of the set up is 400 Watts at an maximum, it is highly unlikely a 750 Watt PSU just die.
