The M9i and M9a are the same heatsink just one is for Intel and the other for AMD.
If your case is a mid tower it will likely fit the Cryorig H7 which is a really nice fan cooler for $30, worth the extra 5. If you have a particularly wide case you can save $5 and take the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. It's a bulky cooler though.

Looking at the case and seeing it's somewhere in the ballpark of 120mm I doubt you'll be able to fit in any non-low-profile coolers, unfortunately. If I had to suggest one still, I'd say the Rajintek Pallas.
Didn't realize the height, if your case can fit the 125mm cooler then I'd go for it. However you need to factor in things like motherboard standoffs-could wind up being a tight fit.
