Hello, i have a Toshiba laptop windows 10 64-bit operating system with one RAM slot, i had 4GB and i bought a 16GB Crucial DDR3L RAM stick and my computer is moving EXTREMELY slow, i can barely do and tasks and it takes at least 4-5 minuets to boot up. I know a fair amount about computers but i am still not quite sure why this is happening. I have turned it on and off multiple times and had to switch back to my 4GB RAM stick just so it could even function. any help as soon as possible would help, this was a very expensive gift and i do not want to waste it.
