How to play a game in fullscreen without a video on 2nd monitor lagging.

Try running the other monitor on a different computer. Only solution I found so far.
That seems to be a software (probably operating system) related issue and can not be resolved by better hardware.

Hey did you find the issue yet? If not which windows are you runnning? Which browser, did you try chrome or firefox? Is one monitor smaller then the other? Or is it running at different resolutions? Where are you playing the video from? Have you tried swapping monitors? Playing the movie on other one and game on the other? We would need more information before we can help you.
