What's the Best "bang for your buck" gaming laptop/notebook?

I want to know what you guys think is the best gaming laptop or notebook for reasonable price. I'm looking to spend no more than 1200 dollars. I already have a gaming PC, but I need a laptop or notebook for school work and gaming on long trips or when I'm at school or when I'm at a friend's house. I would prefer a gaming notebook because of how light and compact they are, but you guys are the experts, just let me know what you guys think I should get.

Make sure you get one with at least a GTX 1060 in it. I'll see if I can find some that meet your budget needs, but if you can find one with at least a GTX 1060 then you should be good to go.

The MSI looks like a better deal (also has the SSD that the Asus doesn't), but the ASUS might be a bit better manufacturing. Also I would opt for the GTX 1060 with 6 gb's of RAM over the 3 gb one, if it were up to me. Asus has another laptop with the 6 gb's of RAM for ~$1300, which is over your budget.

Gaming laptop and good battery life don't usually go hand in hand, but they should be okay if you are just using for browsing or basic computing needs.
