Low frame rate please help!!!!

If you are on Windows 10 check if the Xbox app is installed.
If it is it migh be the xbox DVR that is lowering your performance. Here is a link on how to remove it http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/8637-game-bar-turn-off-windows-10-a.html i would use option two and number 4. Make sure to restart you PC after apply thing change.
If not, check if you have the latest nvidia drivers.
