Will Seasonic S21II 430W be enough for i5 6400 + GTX 1060 3GB Zotac?

After a long time savings, I'm finally going forward to build a Gaming PC. I am currently having a i3 2100 + GTX 750 Ti + 4GB DDR3 paired with a B75M-D3H Motherboard.
I am upgrading to:
1. i5 6400.
2. GTX 1060 Zotac 3GB.
3. 1TB WD Blue 7200 RPM.
4. 4*2 8GB DDR4 2133 Mhz Kingston HyperX.
5. Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2.
6. 2 DVD Writers.
7. 2 Pc 120mm Antec fan.
My conclusion is in selecting the PSU. I am so confused between the Seasonic S21II 430W and the 520W. Went through many PSU calculators and found the maximum power consumption would be approximately 380-400W. I am extremely tight on budget and if I go for the 520W, I'll have to wait for another 4-5 months to get that or if the 430W works fine, I shall get it ASAP! Please know that I have ABSOLUTELY NO plans to upgrade my PC in the future and also in India, brands like EVGA AND XFX are not easily available so I am bound to go with Seasonic as the CX AND VS series from corsair or CM series from cooler master are horrible *please correct me if I am wrong*.

Seasonic S12II-430 will do fine in your system.

Seasonic is the best PSU OEM and you can't get a better PSU from EVGA of XFX. Do note that both EVGA and XFX are buying their PSUs from Seasonic.

Actually, Seasonic PSUs are the only ones that can deliver more power than it's rated for. I've seen users taking out 1000W from a 750W Seasonic PSU before PSU dies. But those are extreme conditions made specifically to test how far the PSU can be pushed.
