what's the best settings for wired ps4 i just purchased arris sbg6580 and got twc/ spectrum 100mb/10mb. On the network got 1 wired maybe 5-7 devices connected to it, usually just one during nights, when i dont understand why i lag really bad when im only person using the internet at night time also have my ports forwarded to my ps4 someone help

If your playstation is wired to the router then likely the problem is outside your house. Even if you had multiple devices overloading a 100/10m connection would take someone doing something excessive like seeding torrent files.
I am unclear about the abilities of a playstation but the procedure on a pc is to run a tracert to some address like 8.8.8.8. You want to then run a large number of ping to the first hop and second hop in the trace. The first hop is your router. Any problems here would represent issues in your house. Issues in the second hop represent a problem between your house and the ISP. You want to call your ISP and have them come out and check if you see issues in the second hop.
