Msi z97m upgrade

I know this motherboard is kinda old but i got a really good deal.

I got a msi z97m to upgrade from my gigabyte GA-H81M-H. I have all of my steam games and all of my other programs on my ssd and hdd, do i restore the drives and swap the motherboard or what steps do i take to changing my motherboard.

Before changing the hardware, read and do this: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-3164428/windows-build-1607-activation.html

This takes care of the activation/licensing with new hardware.

It may or may not need a full reinstall. Win 10 is more forgiving than previous versions, but no guarantees...

What OS is this?
You may (or may not) need to do a whole OS reinstall.
