I reinstalled windows 10 via USB and since then my PC wont connect to the internet(via cable, no wifi capabilities) the cable is plugged in but my PC says that there is no cable, ipconfig in cmd gives me nothing, just an empty screen. Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller and something called Ethernet Controller(no manufacturer or any other info available) both have yellow warning triangles on them, but the former has always had that and worked just fine. I found my motherboards CD and installed every driver on there and then I looked on the internet on an old laptop I have and downloaded the latest drivers for Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller and it still doesnt work. What do I do?
