I Want To Put My New Gaming Rig To The Test

This weekend I built myself a new higher end gaming rig after spending the last 10 years on either an Xbox 360 or my low end AMD 8600fx/GTX 750 ti PC. I've been playing a heavily modded version of Fallout 4 with ultra settings on my new rig but I'm looking to really putting it through the wringer with a new game. I've spent so much time researching the perfect combo of parts for my dream machine that I haven't really kept up with new game releases coming out this holiday season. What should I get for Christmas that will really take advantage of my new setup? I'm pretty open to genres but prefer shooters, open world games like GTA 5 and of course RPG's. Any suggestions? Feel free to suggest anything because even if I already have a game I'll replay it on ultra just to check it out. But I'm hoping for ideas on games that have already, or will, release recently. Like 6 months or so. My specs are below:

CPU: i5 6600k
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz
MOBO: ASUS Z170 A
GPU: MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X
Case: DIYPC VT380-W
PSU: SeaSonic G Series SSR-550RM 550W 80 PLUS GOLD Certified
OS Storage: SanDisk SSD PLUS 120GB Solid State Drive
Gaming/Media Storage: Seagate 4TB Gaming SSHD(Solid State Hybrid Drive)

The Witcher 3 with everything maxed-out is just amazingly beautiful, even more in the [strike]uncensored version[/strike], it's worth seeing it all again.

Which GPU?

To name a few:
* DOOM
* Battlefield 1
* The Witcher 3, with HairWorks ON ( If you have a NVIDIA GPU)
* Ashes of Singularity
* Dark Souls 3

You can check a nice list of 2016 games here: http://www.pcgamer.com/the-best-games-of-2016-so-far/

GPU is GTX 1070. I decided to come here because this is the closest to a gaming site I can get at work lol. And yesterday I was too busy playing games I didn't bother to look up any best of lists. I'll probably give a new play through of the Witcher 3 though. Just as soon as I complete Fallout 4 since I didn't have any of the FO4 DLC when I completed it last year. Though I might play through the first area to see how it looks.
