I am getting a used 1 year old msi r9 270 dual fan 2gb gpu for 88.45$. is it a good deal? shall i buy it or not. what will be its performance with an fx-4130 and 8 gb of ram. i want to play games like the crew, gta 5 , Forza horizon 3(if it can run it even on lowest).
So should i go for it or wait for the 1050ti?

I wouldn't buy it considering you can get a 1050ti for 30$ more which will give you enough power to run higher end games at 60fps on medium. I had a 270x for right under 3 years and love it, but its not enough power now to spend almost 100$ on vs what u can get for slightly more. The 270x is better than the 270 and it can't quite do a solid 60fps at 1080p on most aaa titles. You have to drop it to low 50s on heavier games. The 1050 is the minimal 1080p gaming card to get for today's games
