Electronics in my room is interfering with my PC??

It's an Electric Fan to be exact. when i change the speed, my PC always produce a sound that you usually hear when a device has been disconnected. but the problem is there's no notification. also all connected device works just fine.

FYI, this is the electricity configuration in my room:
main single socket in my room(220V)--->T socket(which i use to connect my fan)---->Portable socket(CPU,Monitor,Speaker)

hey,
could it because i have crappy 400W PSU that didn't have any specific brand and came as a bundle with my case?
this happened only recently though. i dont have the problem in the past.

my rig is about 3 yo, here's the specs:

intel i3 3220
MSI HD-7750
4 Gigs RAM
1 TB Sata
And as you said maybe it's because i have crappy PSU (cause my PSU came as a bundle with my case)
though i dont have this problem in the past
