Would these parts work together?
What GPU would you suggest?
And if they don't work together, what would you suggest?

I am not looking to spend a fortune but since this is just a rough draft on parts I want to buy, I am open to any suggestion.

All of your parts are compatible. The power supply is a bit overkill. What power supply you need depends greatly on the intended usage of this computer. A high-end graphics card for gaming will require more power, but still no where near 1000 watts. If the system is for general usage, you won't need much in the way of a graphics card.

So again, what is the intended usage for this system?
