If you're not touching the voltage it should be o.k.

Your VRM setup (what controls power delivery to CPU) is very weak. You don't want to increase voltage in risk of burning up these modules.

Raising the multiplier to achieve 4.2 would be the easiest route. Although isn't the turbo core already 4.1 on the 6300?

If you're overclocking don't bother with turbo core. Disable it and just overclock to 4.2.

Like I said keep going until you're not stable, but don't add any voltage to it. If you're voltage is set to "automatic" make sure that the voltage is not being raised by itself. If it is being raised to high set it to manual and input the stock voltage with a medium load line calibration.

That board only has 3+1 power phases with no heatsink, so yes I agree with the above poster certainly don't touch the voltage. Even at stock im sure they are going to get hot, I would try to position a fan to blow air down onto the VRMs. Turn off turbo boost and you might be able to get 4.3 or 4.4ghz out of it before it starts crashing. Run some stress tests after the overclock and keep an eye on temps.

its now 4.3ghz. i didnt change voltages. and i run some stress tests no crashes and no heating problems. i tried play some h1z1 and it didnt lag at all.. so i think everything is looking good so far.

Nice job. Keep on eye on temperatures. Max temp for 6 cores is roughly 71'C.

Also like dunlop said, make sure you have airflow over the VRM's (modules to the left of your CPU). If they get too hot, the system will throttle back and you will get lag. So make sure you have airflow over these modules.
