My computer is a HP Pavilion HPE h8-1140d, it originally came with a NVidia GeForce GT 530, it became faulty one day. After that, I have been using my onboard graphics card.
Specs:
Intel Core i5-2500U @ 3.30GHz x4
12GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM
1TB 7200RPM Hitachi HDD
Intel HD Graphics 2000-onboard graphics
750W Power supply

Today, I just bought the new ASUS NVidia GeForce GT 730(ASUS GT730-MG-2GDR3), I placed it inside my computer and even tried reseating the graphics card. Once I turned on my computer, it stays at the blue HP BIOS screen. The fan spins but it did 3 quick beeps, once it does the 4th beeps followed by 4 more very quick beeps, the monitor turns off, this is on DVI. On HDMI, the screen will not turn on but it will ask me to check the video cable. On VGA, the same thing as DVI. I really need answers quickly...

Solution
If you got the free win10 upgrade from the win7 in the PC.
1) Remove the gt 730, use the onboard intel iGPU.
2) You may try go into the BIOS to disable Secure Boot and enable Legacy Boot, may check the MB manual if you don't know where you can make those changes.
After that, shutdown the PC, install the gt 730, you should be able to boot the PC.

cin19, I appreciate your help. But it isn't as simple as just disabling something in the BIOS and it would work fine. The thing that I tried today was putting in a NVIDIA GeForce 9300 GE. It worked fine without even manipulating anything in the BIOS. I guess there is something else to this. If you are concerned, I am using a Chicago IPISB-CH2 motherboard. I guess it is something else, if you could get back to me quickly, that would be really appreciated.
