Ram slot question

Hey guys, at the bottom of my first ram slot, the black capsule or stand is missing ( not the whole stand, only the black colored capsule while the grey stand is still there. Here is an image about what i mean : https://postimg.org/image/3mjryecmx/
My question is, will that have an effect if i want to add more ram in the future or it is fine ? I heard that it is not a problem but i want to make sure. Thank you all.

The slot clips are only there to make sure the RAM module slots in evenly and stays there.

Just be careful when you are seating any RAM into that particular slot that it goes in straight down and at least clicks in at one end. Even pressure with a a thumb on each end of the RAM module should ensure it will seat correctly.

they also lever the ram out of the slot when you open them up...

Oh i see. But i guess i can pull it out because the stand is there and it is not broken but only the small black piece that is found at the bottom end is broken. Thank you for the help guys. Much appreciated.
