Currently I have.....
Inte Core I5-3350P CPU @ 3.10 Ghz 3.30Ghz

8Gb Ram

Gigabyte Technology Co. B75M-D3H

They are looking to play games as The Forest, Ark Survival Evolved, Hello Neighbor, Soma, Outlast etc....

When going against the game titles you've mentioned, I'd say either a gtx 1060, rx 480 or gtx 970 should suffice, playing at ultra high quality @ 1080p. Ark Survival Evolved is possibly one of the most horrendously optimized games I've seen so far, so I'd personally tell your twins, it's not the graphics card's fault, but the game's. :)
