which ups is most recommended for these specs

i5 6600k
evga gtx 1070 sc acx 3.0
seasonic x-series 650w
benq xl2430t

Just try to look for any UPS with pure sinewave output and with minimum about 750VA.
If it is written stepped sinewave, it depends on how fine the steps are.
If the steps are not fine enough you could have a kind of buzzing in PSU and you could have issues with some monitors.
If you wanna be sure, get pure sinewave...only

About the power rating,
Your system should consume (PC only) about 450W or 750VA.
If you wanna include the monitor or if you OC the GPU quite high or wanna have some safty factor, just some more VA that minimum 750A.
On your list from power rating point of view 1kVA should be already enough but the complete specs for each UPS...

About power rating, higher than minimum is good, lower is bad.
