Hi there. I got my FX6300 around three and a half years ago. I never overclocked it. I am on my second motherboard and it is starting to fail like my first one did. i have currently under-clocked/under-volt to 3.0 ghz @1.2875v (not crashing anymore) compared to the default 3.5ghz @1.4375v. My Motherboard is Asrock 980DE3/U3S3 R2.0. (Not the best but I poor)
I've been googling and everybody seems to have lower voltage. Could this be the cause of my mobos dying? Should I hit up AMD? any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
