A Corsair H100i would be a good start, or an equivalent air cooler like an NH-D15 or Dark Rock Pro 3.
If you're serious about liquid cooling, then look at custom loops. AIO systems are built down to a price and aren't very good value for money.

I like the EK-XLC Predator 240 or 360, They are a good compromise between an AIO and a custom loop, because they use custom loop parts to create an AIO. They are essentially the same components as you would buy for a custom one and they are extendable if you would like to go more custom in the future.
