Graphics issue unsolved,Please respond masters

I usually play FIFA series on my PC.Apart from that when I play GTA 5,with extended distance scaling to its full,the game does not run smoothly.It seems there is a drop in fps.

MY RIG- MSI gtx 1060 6GB, i7-4790(3.6 Ghz), Gigabyte b85 mobo, Corsair vengeance 8 gb DDR3 ram,Corsair 500W PSU ,Toshiba 500gb (5400rpm)
I am not satisfied with the new card's performance,even though its running.

Report back the following figures:

1) CPU Temperature, core utilization and clock speed when running games
2) GPU Temperature, utilization and clock speed when running games.

Let the game run for at least 10 minutes before taking the figure.

turn them off, set the bars to half or less


a gtx 1060 cannot run gta5 with advanced graphics at those settings and get smooth fps
