Which one of these two cooling systems is easier to maintain? Cooler Master Seidon 120V Ver.2 or Cryorig H7?

Hello everyone. So I'm putting together a computer and since I'm completely new to this I wanted to know which of these two coolers is easier and simpler to maintain, since I really don't wanna screw something up when doing so.
So my two options are these:

(Watercooling) Cooler Master Seidon 120V Rev.2
or
(Air Cooling) Cryorig H7

Thank you in advance!! It's not a matter of which one is more efficient ( although I would aprecciate if you would tell me that as well ) or a matter of are there better options than these two, but it's really just a matter of which one is easier and simpler to maintain, since I'm not going to upgrade any cooling system in a long long time after I get either of these two.
Again, thanks and I look foward to reading your answers.

The same to maintain clean the fan and fins of dust bunnies.

I'm not going to upgrade any cooling system in a long long time after I get either of these two.

Then buy the H7, lower cost, less noise, no chance of leaking, if the H7 fan fails you can move a case fan to it's spot and keep going if the water cooler pump fails your PC is 100% down.

There's really nothing to maintain on either one. The AIO liq. cooler, or the air cooler. The air cooler has heat sink fins that you need to keep clean, but other than that, they are about equal in maintenance.

I don't use either cooler, so I can't compare them for efficiency. But I do have similar coolers; Corsair H60 and 212 EVO. Same basic cooler design as those two you mention. I haven't found enough of a difference in efficiency between them to notice.

Both of 'em use good tube to prevent coolant from vaporing, coolant won't vapor in radiator's pipes, the fans simply reduce the temperature, there's no guarantee how long the pump and the fans will last. However, if you only do non overclocking, those two capable to cool up to 150 watt TDP CPU or GPU for about four to five years.

Easier to maintain - as Zerk2012 says above the h7 by a long way.
Far more things can go wrong with a cheap aio system
The h7 is a big chunk of metal & a fan - not really anything to break apart from the fan failing , in essence it will last forever.

The seidon will not.
