Hi! I have a gtx 970 and when I use MSI afterburner to track my GPU usage it lands on 25-30% going up and down. How do I get 100%? I have only 120-200 fps when gaming and it can sometimes drop below 100 surface, or even crash my pc [ Blue screen ]

How do I get 100% gpu usage meanwhile gaming?
Ty!

What kind of games? :) if you play latest AAA games this could be max performance. Did you trye download nvidia shield and max out games trough it including resolution?
Also it might be that rams bottleneck your gpu. as CPU i dont believe it will. Mabye afterburner does not show well

And is your Video card MSI? I assume it is since you are using MSI afterburner.

The frame rate will be limited by SOMETHING.

Some games have limits. 60fps is a common one.

Otherwise, you can be limited by the cpu, the gpu, or the display itself.

Some games are mostly single threaded.
If your cpu activity shows a low number like 20% utilization, do not assume that you have plenty of cpu capability.
What you may be seeing is windows distributing the activity of a cpu limited thread among all available threads.
This is typical of strategy games, sims and mmo types.

What do you want me to include in the screenshot? Gpu usage only?

Temps: Without stream - Optimal settings BIOS
CPU temp: 62-67°c
GPU temp: 35 °c, 27%

Game I play is: Counter:Strike GO - All settings low
Some people say that my PC should handle it really easily capped 300 fps.

Still 150-220 fps

That's not Afterburner Hardware monitor window.
It looks like this:
