Hi. I have motherboard Gigabyte P55A UD3, CPU Intel i5 750 and 3 RAM sticks Kingston 2GB 1333 Mhz KVR1333D3N9/2G. So i want to upgrade my RAM to 8 Gb and i find 2Gb stick for sale but it's KVR13N9S6/2 . Can i install this stick in my free RAM slot without any problems ?

This appears to be a newer line of DRAM, DRAM made post 2010 is made with high density memory ICs that are more often than not problematic on the older P55 based mobos which were made when DDR3 was made with low density ICs. I'd look for the GSkill NT series of value DRAM which is still available and was made with the older low density ICs

yes but if they are bigger frequency than 1333mhz they will work on 1333mhz frequency.Like if u get a 1866 one it will degrade to 1333mhz
