My i5 4690k is at 100% when playing GTA and BF1

I am running a 960 2gb which should not bottleneck at all with this beast, I think GTA is a cpu intensive game but BF1 confuses me, is this a bottleneck or bad optimization for 4 thread proccecors?

check you task manager when running the game and see what's using the cpu so much

100% usage with 4 threads is expected in those games. BF1 is known to have performance issues, not constant, but occasional fps drops due to high CPU utilization.

Bf1 is also cpu intensive and runs 6th gen i5's to 100% and i7 6700k's to around 90%.
