Hi, I'm about to go a 1060 6gb asus strix and sell my 970, do I need to uninstall my current graphic card drivers?

Solution
Chances are it will be fine. But I would highly recommend reinstalling the drivers.
I changed a 960 to a 980 Ti for my friend and the drivers were not happy at all.

Download a copy of the newest driver for the GTX 1060, whilst you are on your GTX 970. Then use DDU: http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
Make sure you use the correct setting for changing graphics card, then after it is done and your computer has turned off. Put in your GTX 1060 and install the new drivers.

Installed it! I kind of dropped it on the motherboard a bit and made a bit of a noise but I don't think there's a problem! Maybe haha. New one looks great though.
Had a slight problem, I installed the drivers in and this AURA thing that came with it then I started up mafia 3 without rebooting my comp and man the fans went loco. All good now. Should I be concerned?

After i installed my new GPU it did ask me some BIOS thing but i just booted it up normally, no problem with that right? I'm super concerned as in my country that i currently live in, the shop that i built my PC from are dicks.

I would reinstall the drivers, you don't need to use DDU again, just download the application from Nvidia.co.uk and run it.
This won't fix what is going on the the PSU though. Make sure that the intake vent for the PSU is not obstructed ( the intake for your PSU is inside your computer, not at the back ), or filled with dust. Try cleaning it out with something like a can of air. But do NOT open the PSU casing to try to give it a better clean, there are capacitors in there that hold a huge amount of charge, even when the unit is unplugged. If these discharge on you the outcome isn't great.

Do you know what bios thing it asked you?
If there is a problem with the PSU, you may not even need to contact the computer shop. You can probably just contact Corsair about the issue.

I forgot, it just said American Megatrends then just sent me to the BIOS and it looked normal so i just booted it up. I also checked for any obstacles but there is none and now there seems to be like i think water dropping on my PC because ever since i booted it up, there's this tick soon every 5 seconds.

Good to hear, but I would keep an eye on it. If you get any more issues I would talk to Corsair about the PSU.
Overclocking can often cause instability, but will be unlikely that it is the cause of your PSU issues.
