Solution

What did you change to get things working??

Here is a link.http://www.memtest.org/

You download the code to a USB drive or burn it to a cd/dvd.
You boot from the device it was installed on and it runs. It has it's own OS, no windows involved.
A very nice program to check out your new build before you install windows.

make sure your blk is set back to standard as well as any other settings you fiddled around with. What are temps like? If you're still stuck try underclocking it (ie get it to run at 4.0ghz at 1.2vcore, etc) and see if that fixes it and work your way up from there

i accidentally click best solution :(
error click

any way my i7 6700k stock clock, max temp is 74c (89% CPU usage)

You can ask to have the best answer unselected.
Probably a good idea if you want to continue the thread.

Your temperatures and vcore seem nominal. See if there is a motherboard bios update that addresses stability issues.
Do not update the bios on speculation.
In the bios, be careful how you select the defaults.
Sometimes, "optimized" actually means overclocked.

Try running memtest86+. Possibly you have a ram error.
You should be able to complete a couple of full passes with NO errors.

It is rare, but on occasion, a cpu will fail.
If you exhaust all other options, RMA the processor, Intel has a 3 year warranty.

Fixed the best answer.

Those temps are way too high. 74C at stock speeds with a Cryorig H7? My 6700K at 4.6Ghz and 1.35v won't break 70C on a single core without running Prime Small FFTs and Intel Burn Test at the same time. My Phanteks is a better cooler but not that much.

You cleared CMOS? With the jumper or by removing the motherboard battery while the board is unplugged?

I think we're in different time zones. ;)

Can you screenshot CPU-Z and HWMonitor? We need to see voltages and temps.

Power supply is lower quality and doesn't belong in a higher end system with overclocking. It's being stressed with a GTX 780 as well. I doubt it's the problem but it is possible.

15hours from now MY PC is alive
