'Private internet access' VPN and uTorrent both work perfectly fine on the windows 7 SSD I have been using for years, but I recently got a brand new SSD and used the SAME EXACT setup files; same software preferences and everything on a brand-new Windows 7 install using the same exact windows 7 disk I used on my older SSD.
Yet somehow beyond my ability to grasp, my old SSD torrent files download as the speed of light, and speedtests show my VPN getting almost faster speeds than when it's not being used, but my new SSD is the complete opposite. Both programs on the new SSD are so incredibly slow or nearly non-functional in terms of speed that I want to pull my hair out.
Why is a brand-new fresh install in the same computer and using identical setups having issues? This blows my mind.
I've searched and tested just about everything that comes to mind on all three fronts; Windows 7, uTorrent, and PIA, but nothing seems to work. I even gave up and reinstalled windows 7 again. Same problems.
HUH!???
