Hello, a while ago, i asked for a build, but stuff changed and i had to cancel it until feb.
Checking parts now, and i was wondering, would a Motherboard with DDR4 work with a DDR5 GPU? this is the pc build. http://pcpartpicker.com/list/JHwzkT instead of the MB there,i'm going with GA-H110M-S2 , because the other one is not available.

And while i'm on the topic, is this a good budget build? Aim is about 800 Eur, not more by a penny tho. very thight the money i can spend for the pc. Build is for Gaming ( Arma 2/3 , Dayz, CSGO, and any other title that might interest me in future) , graphic design and 3D animations.

Thanks in advance, Chris.

It's a good start, but some parts are either horrible price/performance ratio and some simply not durable. Take the power supply for example, It's garbage.

Look, higher quality SSD, 2TB HDD for much cheaper, higher quality case, higher quality power supply, 16GB RAM for a cheaper price.... In the end It's the same price total.

It is great build :) It will work perfectly fine and it will not just run these older games. You are safe for 1080p @60 fps most of latest games. 2 Tb hdd is more than enough for games.
About 3D animations and graphic design should be safe too. Just rendering might take bit longer since rendering benefits of core numbers. But as i see this build more than enough for most day to day PC users

Remains your choice, but this list contains several improvements with a much higher quality and easier case to work in, power supply that will last longer and has 5 years warranty, motherboard with an M.2 Slot, much faster SSD.

Your build will also look significantly more beautiful.
