Looking for a budget gaming cpu with perfomance

I just made a combination for a gaming cpu which is sort of budget gaming cpu.Can you tell me if this will make a good combination and can i record games with these.Combination-
CPU-AMD FX 4300 3.8GHZ
GPU-R7 360 2GB DDR5
RAM-4GB DDR3
MOBO-ASRock Intel H81M

OK for games on low settings, with quite a few new ones needing to be run at 720 resolution, CPU heavy games will stutter. For recording on the same system, not very good.

You should use an i3-6100 in a budget build, instead of the R7-360, RX 460 is the current lower spec gaming card to get at about $100.

You also want to have 8 GB in the system, many newer games are starting at 8 GB of RAM as the minimum requirement.

Really you either need to get faster parts with a higher...
