No I can't see them on my Laptop and on my PC at Work and on my Android phone does it exist a way to fix this problem with my 2 SD Card?

Not detected on three different devices - - that tells me the cards are most probably faulty.
Just replace them, they are throwaway items costing no more than pocket money, not worth struggling with for that price.
And anyway, who wants to use a pair of unreliable memory cards? I know I wouldn't.
