Hi there Zyr0,

That is unpleasant.

I believe you can go to Disk Management and see how the flash drive appears over there. It would be nice to provide a screenshot as well.

If you are unable to reformat it through Disk Management, then I believe you can see if some brand specific tool would help. Most of the flash drive manufacturers have some partitioning/testing tools.

You don't have data stored over there right?

Keep in mind that the flash drive could have failed.

this recovered my flash drive when nothing else i tried did and i tried an awful lot of different things believe me

bear in mind if it recovers it you will lose any data on there

and as said it might just have failed totally and nothing you can do

No i have no data there i also tried a program named HP USB Disk Storage Format tool and didn't work, and the usb has on all the time
and as a wierd mark called EMTEC (sory for the english)

Well, I believe there's something wrong with this flash drive. If it is under warranty, you can RMA it.
Also, it will not hurt to try it on another computer.

If it is a new one and if it is under warranty, you can take it back to the place you got it from and eventually get a replacement.

other softwares or methods with no luck
