My processor is i7 6700k with the Asrock z170 k4 mobo . I want to achieve somewhat around 4.5ghz - 4.7ghz (depending on the processor "the sillicon lottery" , as I've heard) . Now , you might not be familiar with the fortis 3 one . It seems to be a good cooler and a better variant of the cryorig h7 . Can it achieve that overclock ? If not , will the DeepCool Gamer Storm Assassin II do ? If the fortis 3 one can push the cpu there , would there be any reason to buy the DeepCool one ? What other coolers should i consider at these prices ?

I know about noctuas coolers . The problem is , they cost more than the deepcool (actually , 25 euros more ) . I found the deepcool for quite cheap , 66 euros , while the nh d15 being 90 euros . I cant afford the noctua . the only cooler that was way better than the fortis 3 , at a reasonable price was the deepcool . Should i invest more for the deepcool or stick with fortis 3 ?
