I'm planning on buying a nice rig, in this shit country of mine, where i am dirt-poor, so come black friday, imma try find a nice rx 480/gtx1060 + i5 6500 rig

Here comes the problem:
- Being a poor bastard, I decided to skip buying an SSD for now, and want to opt for a single Stick of 8gb ddr4 for the B150M Mortar Asus Mobo (I am most probably going to aqcuire).
- I am not that well-documented when it comes to mobo-ddr compatibility. in the description it says it has 4 slots and said technology is: DUAL-CHANNEL... So I am curios as to : will my buying just 8gb ram now work, untill some months pass so I can buy another?

PS: I don't wanna buy 4gb as I wish to keep this rig and upgrade it for a long ass time, so 16gb might become obsolete for gaming in 4years or so... I am curious as to what may be your most wise and cheap solutions, that hopefully won't give me headaches in Shitsburgh, Romania.
Cheers, dudes, and I thank you in advance

A single RAM stick will work just fine.
The mother board support Dual channel mode so you will be able to do that later when you buy second stick of the same capacity.
anyway, there is no significant difference between single and dual channel memory setup.

The above is correct. You will want to ensure that if you add a stick that you buy an identical stick to what you currently have as well as run them in dual channel and not as two single channel sticks.

Aham so any 2133 MHz(top supported freq) 8gb DDR4 will do on that mobo? doesnt matter if its single-sided/double-sided/fury/beast/hyperx whatever.. ? Thanks mates. I'll get the other and a SSD in January. But right now it would totally help if I could skip'em and I heard 8gb still tight for gaming until then
