Does this computer support 144hz?

What resolution? I think it should be able to output 144 Hz at up to 1440p resolution over Displayport. Doubt it comes with the cable though. Also, if you mean actually gaming at 144 Hz, that computer won't be powerful enough unless you're playing old or undemanding games, and/or playing at low settings.

That CPU was mid range when it came out, and that was over five years ago. Although it's still not all that bad, all things considered. That GPU was low-middle range when it came out, and is now 2 and a half years old. Like I said, it's simply not powerful to game at 144 hz in modern, demanding games.

It would be extremely helpful if you could do 1 of the 2 things I am about to say to you. :
1. Find a PC under £500 that would work well with 144hz
2. Or, like pros and cons, list demanding games and undemanding games.
Thanks so much for the help so far <3.

If you list the kind of games you'd like to play, I can take a guess as to whether that PC can handle it at 144 fps.

Why do you need such high fps? Considering £500 really isn't all that much money for a gaming rig, you should be aware that you're going to have to make some compromises. It's like someone with that budget looking for a system that can game at 4K. It's just not realistic in most cases.
