Hello i have a new build that is 2 weeks old, all components are brand new and the PSU (corsair RM550x) just sparked when i went to turn my PC on and the electric in my house jumped after it sparked. PC was plugged in to a surge protector that seem to be still working and only the monitor and pc was plugged in. Any ideas why this might have happened?
P.S i turn the PSU off every time i shut down my pc because i only have one socket in my room.
