Mixing slightly different RAM

So I've had 8gb of RAM for 2 years and I've decided that it is time for an upgrade. I want to get a slightly different version of the RAM that I currently have and I'm wondering if the two can be mixed.

I know that there are other threads with similar questions but I'm not satisfied with the answers and I want to see if I can SPECIFICALLY mix these two exact types.

Original RAM:
8GB (2x4GB)
Speed: 1866MHz
Tested Latency: 9-10-9-27
Voltage: 1.5V

The new RAM
8GB (2x4GB)
Speed: 1866MHz
Tested Latency: 9-10-9-27
Voltage: 1.5V

Can I mix the two of these on my mobo without problems?

I've included the links to the two products below just in case:

Seems likely that the former simply has a low profile cooler and is the same or very similar under the hood. Specs are the same as you mentioned, so there's as good a chance as any that it would work, and by that I mean about 50/50, maybe a bit higher, that is before adjustments that can be made if shit hits the fan. If I were you, though, I still wouldn't chance it. Is the original spec no longer available? Given the identical specs I see no other reason not to just buy more Vengeance LP sticks instead.

The original is available but its only available on corsair, where its about $20 more than the other ram that I'm looking at. I would prefer to save some money by getting a slightly different set of RAM. But if it means not ruining my computer than I will have to spend the extra money:/
