Best budget motherboard for FX8320E?

I've been told to stay away from AM3+ MSI motherboards since they're apparently literally a fire hazard....if I were to overclock it wouldn't be extreme, maybe 4- 4.4ghz at the very most, but honestly, I don't see myself overclocking, partly since the psu is only a 500w bronze evga, and also I think the default 4ghz turbo boost would be good enough, and the 8320E is only a 95w TDP chip to begin with. It can apparently be overclocked using lower voltages than the 8320/8350 require -shrug-

anybody with any first hand experience with the 8320E or maybe even regular 8320/8350? Only going to be using this as a gaming/streaming/multitasking machine until Zen comes out sometime next year tbh. I was going to go out and buy some 2133mhz memory to replace my 1600mhz, but I'm not sure if it'll help any tbh too. I saw a eurogamer article where 2133mhz helped fps a bit compared to 1600mhz on the old i5 2500k.

I've seen a relatively feature rich Gigabyte 970 "gaming" SLI motherboard for maybe 65 after rebate with supposedly an 8+2 power phase, but not the greatest VRM in the world...but surely it can't be any worse than all the budget 760g chipset motherboards right?lol

The ASUS M5A97 R2.0 has less features and is more expensive but has been well regarded for years for overclocking even though it only has like a 4+2 power phase, I guess it's just much higher quality than most others, it can apparently overclock requiring less voltages than the crap MSI mobos for example

that very well regarded 970 gigabyte board from a couple years ago seems to be sold out that had the good 8+2 powerphase....

Biostar TA970 worth a shot? Or is it crap...? Can handle 140w TDP apparently...but no USB 3.0 header... It got an ugly yellow and black revision a year or two ago I noticed.
